This news feed is going bye bye!

I will no longer be updating it with news stories, or accepting press releases.

I’ve been putting this decision off for over a year, but I HATE the news section of my site. I’ve always hated it, and it probably shows as I never update it. I had a friend updating it for a while, but I personally don’t have the time to go looking around for paranormal based news stories to post here.

Not only that, but most ‘News Stories’ I read aren’t really news to me. It’s usually some paranormal team, or website kissing their own asses, and trying to get publicity for doing nothing, yet trying to become famous for it. I never wanted to perpetuate that, and that’s what a lot of the field has become.

Also, I’ve seen no scientific breakthroughs that have been newsworthy either. So, No more news section.

Instead, I’m going to redesign this section of the website. For those of you that are subscribing to the feed, THE FEED WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST. This isn’t going anywhere, and there WILL still be updates to this section, but it will no longer be ‘Paranormal News and Press Releases.’ It’s going to be something else involving the paranormal.

If that bothers you, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and all that.

You’re welcome to continue to subscribe to this feed. It’s still going to be here, and you can wait until it becomes the ‘new page’ to be updated with the new stuff. That’s one option.

Just to let you know, we have a bunch of other feeds on The Beyond that are more active, and interesting at this time. If you’re interested in seeing what feeds we have to offer, please CLICK HERE. Thats another option.

In the meantime, I’m looking for new ideas to redesign this section.
