Back Story: “Long ago, i’m not sure how long ago there was a husband and a wife. I’m not sure what the husbands name is, but the wife’s name was Mary. Her husband had a woodchipper that passed down from generations to generations. He chopped wood and the wood he didn’t need, he threw into the woodchipper. Now, one night, Mary and her husband got into an argument because she was pregnant. In the middle of the night, her husband got up, and took her out of bed. He threw her into the wood chipper. The next day the cops came and asked what happened. Mary’s husband got sent to jail..”

Ritual: “Go into the bathroom, completely dark with one candle. Turn on the foccit (or TAP) and have someone flush the toilet as you say Bloody Mary three times. As you’re saying this, turn as well. Then look into the mirror and she will appear with her unborn baby and a knife. If you turn on the lights she will kill you, if you don’t she will attempt to kill you, but vanish if unsuccesful. If she is unsuccessful, she will haunt you everytime you look into a mirror when its dark..”

Result: “I’ve tried it with friends and family and we said that it was the most scariest thing thats happened to us. The next week, one of my family members died and they were 100 percent healthy.”

Experience: “I’ve tried it with my friends in a hotel room. I didn’t see anything but my friend said that he saw and felt something.”

Back Story: “Mary Monroe was a local woman who went insane and killed her children. She was put in an insane ansylum. Mary was a great beauty, she used to spend hours looking in her mirror. Mary went so mad that she would cut her wrist and tear at her face and hair. She died 5 years later from unknown causes.”

Ritual: “To summon Bloody Mary, you have to stand in front of a mirror in a darken room. You have to place candles on each side of the mirror. You are suppose to chant ” Bloody Mary, Blood Mary, I have your babies Bloody Mary.” 13 times while slowly spinning infront of the mirror.”

Result: “It’s said the she will tear at your face, either killing you, leaving you once she is done or pulling you into the mirror with her to replace her children.”

Back Story: “One day late at night a little girl named Mary was standing in front of the mirror in her bedroom. Her step mother, jealous of her beauty snuck in the room behind her and snuck up very quietly. While Mary was standing there brushing her hair, and minding her own business. Her step mother killed her. And the spirit of the little girl Mary got trapped in a mirror. Waiting for the day she could carry out her revenge.”

Ritual: “I’ve heard if you chant Bloody Mary three times while spinning in front of a mirror she will appear. But it could take anywhere from three to fifty to make her actually appear.”

Result: “I tried this one night at my friends house but we had a battery opperated candle, instead of a regular one, so nothing happened. I’ve heard legends of her killing people. But mostly in the legends, people have gone in alone, so I advise you to always take a friend when you do bloody mary.”

Experience: “The ritual never worked for us, but one night while we were surfing the web looking up bloody mary storys, we found this sight. I read faster so I was reading all the storys. I probably read the words bloody mary 100 times. When i woke up the next morning, there were three long scratches on my back. They never faded either. They stay bright red as a reminder never to say her name agian. So I warn you, don’t say her name unless you want to suffer the consiquences.”

Back Story: “her name was mary porter,she was a wicken and thought to be a witch by the towns people.she became preagnet and hid herself away from the town for the term of her preagnancy.there was no recored of the father (some belive it was the mayor of the towns bastard child).the child was decoverd at around the age of 4 months by a women in town who had come to get medican and herd the childs crys.sence there was no recored of the faher nor marys preagnency the towns people belived the child to be the son of satan.the people broke into young marys house locking her in her lavirtory (the bath room) and took the child from her home.the mayor tied the young child in a burlap sack and tosed “it” over “cry baby bridge” giving the bridge its name. it is also said that on halloween night if you go down to the bridge you can still hear the babys crys for help.wail mary was confind to the room the towns people had locked her in it is said that she could feel the pain of her child dying. so in anger and apithy for her child she broke the mirror in the room and making a pact with satan took her owne life with the shards of glass.she vowed to come back and drag the rest of the town or any one who dare stand in her way of vingence to hell with her.”

Ritual: “chant her name bloody mary 3 thimes wale staring into a mirror in a dimly lit room.”

Result: “mary is said to come out of the mirror and drag you head first into the mirror/hell in the prosess your face becomes saverley dissfigured from shards of glass.”

Back Story: “The legend starts out with a women named “Mary”. She had many false pregnancy and miscarriages. One day, at 9 months pregnant, she was brushing her hair in front of a full-length mirror. That very same day, a wood chopper broke into her home and hid behind the curtains. He hacked her to death, her blood splattered onto the mirror and he took her baby.”

Ritual: “Go to a washroom, turn off all the lights. Open the tap to let the water run and light up 3 white candles. You can either close your eyes and chant “Bloody Mary” three times and then open your eyes to find her standing in the mirror. Another version that I’ve heard was if you chant “Mary, I am your baby” three times, she would come out as well.”

Result: “If you chanted “Bloody Mary” three times, she would come out of the mirror and scratch your face and go back into the mirror.

However, if you chant “Mary, I am your baby”, Mary is supposed to come out and kill you as an attempt to bring you into the mirror world.”

Experience: “I’ve done it several times with my friends when I was a kid and nothing happened. However, my cousin who claimed he did it, came out with a scratch on his face.”

Back Story: “There are so many. Down under we dont really have one! But there has been a story of bloody marry that ive heard of quiet a few times though. It was in the early 60’s and a women who had no identity was admited to a cyciatric hospital, the staff new nothing about her; she never said a word she spent all day looking at herself in the mirror in her room, the doctors had a theory that she had come from the outside world and had never seen her reflection before. The doctors and staff who carred for her soon gave her the name Marry. One day a staff membert (man) locked marry’s door and tried to rape her! Marry scatched his eye out. She was then after that day keept locked in the room with only doctors to care for her. One day someone opened the door, marry killed them and ran away. All the doctors thought she had long gone, but she wasnt she was hideing in the tunnels under the hospital until she starved. Staff had found her roteing corps weeks later on the ground beneath her smahsed mirror in the tunnels.”

Ritual: “Im not that stuypid to ever try it. But apparently you have to chant Bloody Marry in the mirror 3 times in the dark with doors and windows locked.”

Result: “your saupposed to see her in the mirror or here her.”

Personal Note: It sucks that you’re not that ’stuypid’ to try it. I was hoping to get some first hand information.

Back Story: “Mary was a very pretty girl, and one day she went and crashed her car. She died in the accident, but before she had her face was bashed up, making her look horrific. Her spirit still roams in mirrors and whoever summons her she will tear off his/her face, making him/her look just as horrific.”

Ritual: “1.Go into a room with a mirror and turn off all the lights.
2.Chant ‘Bloody Mary’ 3 to 5 times, facing the mirror.
3.Turn on the lights.”

Result: “Bloody Mary will appear in the mirror and kill you by clawing of your face, sometimes just messing it up by clawing your face with her nails. It will usually end painfully.”

Experience: “I once saw the result on the internet, researching. Bloody Mary clawed the invoker and blood was all over the mirror. I stopped watching because I panicked. It might have been fake, but it was so realistic I think it really happened.”

Back Story: “In Minnesota the bloody mary story goes way back. If you’ve ever seen the movie Fargo when the man chops up someone in a wood chipper you’ll know what i’m talking about. Mary was part wicker and she was an old woman who lived in her cottage in the woods. Her husband although frail was a wood chopper. Once he was done chopping he would put the pieces of wood he didn’t need in his grand old wood chipper passed down from generations to generations. One night after supper the old couple had had an argument mary had cooked up a devious plan to kill her husband for not listening to her. She would carry him from his bed and put him in the wood chipper. So late at night she crept up to the man in his deep slumber and out of the window right into the wood chipper. That morning the police came to see what was wrong and they saw mary standing over the chipping of her husband. They took her to the police car but she got out and chanted a spell and she dissapered into the mirror on the bathroom door.the police never saw her again.”

Ritual: “You go into the bathroom at night without any light showing and you lock the doors and chant bloody mary 3 times without anyone else in the room. Look carefully into the mirror for 2 minutes.”

Result: “You should see your reflection with horns on your head and a devilish look in your eyes. After for 13 days mary will haunt you in your dreams.”

Experience: “No i’ve never seen it work but my brother has and he wouldn’t talk about and he wouldn’t let me go in there to try it because he didn’t want me to indure the same pain he did.”

Back Story: “Legend has it that mary was Queen Mary of England. She bathed in the blood of little girls to remain young. (And you complain about bathing!:) The legend ’round here says Mary was a teenager back in i dont know what year,and everybody at her school hated her. One day,a group of mean girls decided to play a prank on her,and it went wrong. The girls asked Mary if she wanted to play truth or dare after lunch,and she did.She wanted to seem brave,so she went first,and picked dare. They dared her to go pee while naked in the barbwire fence.She did,but she got tangled up in the barbwire. She died,from bleeding to death or somethin of the sort. Not long after,a guy from the school found her. He,too,was a reject,and hated everyone at that school. He found a book of magic in the library,and he used a summoning spell to summon Mary’s ghost. He ordered her to kill everyone in the school,and she did. The only problem for him was that he was killed,too.Hence the name “Bloody Mary”"

Ritual: “Go into a room with a mirror.Turn off all the lights except for a candle.say her name (bloody Mary,Bloody..)Three to thirteen times.Im not sure…”

Result: “she should appear in the mirror and it will look as if she is standing behind you with a knife.If you turn around,she’ll come out of the mirror and stab you.If you dont turn,you’ll see her stab you in the mirror.If you turn the light on,she’ll haunt you.”

Experience: “I’ve never seen it,but my friend has tried it.she turned on the light after seeing Mary,she said every night after that she would see Mary hovering in front of the bathroom door.she moved,and i dont know if Mary is still haunting her.”

Back Story: “The story of bloody mary has been twisted and changed so much that i think if she were real, it would be hard to tell which ritual summons her, we dont have our own story down here, but probably just variations.
Mary was a young girl who was beautiful with darak brown hair, she had a torured life with parents who didnt care about her, her father was a murderer and had even threatened to kill mary and her mother, one day mary woke up to find her mother gone, her first thought was her father had murdered her, but she later found out her mother had run away, this made mary’s dad very angry and he took it on her and bashed her to near death.
One fateful night mary couldnt take it any more, Depressed, she went up to her parents bedroom and stood infront of her mirror, she began crying and scratching at hers eyes until they bled she then leant over to grab the scissors on the bedside table, but she tripped over falling through the mirror smashing it into millions of tiny peices, she died there covered in broken glass and blood, when her father found her he locked her in a case and threw the case in a lake near by he then got the mirror re-glassed and sold it.”

Ritual: “it’s said that if you say her name 3 times, in a completely dark room looking into a mirror.”

Result: “Mary is supposed to appear and hunt you in mirrors, you can stop her by closing your eyes but you cant avoid mirrors forever.
and if your to late, she will make you scratch your eyes out, then fall through the mirror, just like she did.”
